Tyrus Wings ensures our recommended air carriers comply with the following best practices:
Air carriers will maintain a current Part 121 / 129 / 135 certificate as required by the US Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and various (Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA), depending on the requirement.
Tyrus Wings will obtain copies of Aircraft Operators Certificate (AOC), Certificate of Conveyance maintenance records, and a copy of registration certificate.
Tyrus Wings will verify that the air carrier meets all applicable Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements for commercial air charter services and proof of compliance will be made available, upon request.
Tyrus Wings will check air carrier operational history and safety records and will ensure air carriers maintain a current Air Worthiness Certificate from the FAA, CAA, & DOT. All carriers are approved by ARGUS.
